Every order placed comes with an estimated delivery date range. Please note, this is estimated, not guaranteed. We use 3rd party couriers so we are unable to guarantee a delivery date. If your order hasn’t been delivered and the last day of the estimated delivery date range has passed, please check the courier tracking number that we provided in our email delivery confirmation. If the courier haven’t delivered, please complete the contact form to get in touch with us. Please remember that each item is printed to order, you will receive updates by email, and depending on the postal service you will also receive updates by text.

We currently do not offer a personalised message inside your card to be sent direct to the recipient.

All cards ordered online from Blokey are print on demand, custom products. They are printed and posted direct to you at the point of ordering

To try and achieve the fastest possible delivery all of our products are individually printed to your requirements very soon after the order is placed online, due to this we are not able to change or cancel your order once the order confirmation has been sent to you as it will be entering our production process.

All customers are responsible for entering correct delivery details at the time of purchase.

That’s correct, our postage isn’t free, due to that fact that postage costs are expensive. We use tracked and signed for postage options, mainly Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked for UK postage. We also use the best possible packaging so that you receive your purchase in the perfect condition. It may not be cheap, but it is value for money, it means your order is in safe hands, and if something does go wrong with the delivery we can fix the issue for you immediately.

Unlike Amazon we don’t charge a monthly fee so that you can get “free delivery” – at Blokey you simply pay for well packaged and professionally delivered items that you buy from us. Any website offering “free delivery” has already charged you for that service within the product price. At Blokey the more items you place on your order, the cheaper the delivery per item becomes.
