We visited my old school friend last weekend who has recently moved to Milton Keynes, and on the Saturday we went to his new gym together. Unlike a lot of gyms, Kiss Gyms have an affordable and simple membership, meaning I could buy a 1-day pass for just £5.50 which was perfect for me.
Kiss Gyms have budget gyms located in Swindon, Milton Keynes and Acton. Their gyms are open 24 hours a day and are contract free, meaning that they can be used without any expensive membership or joining fees.
Just because the prices are affordable, it doens’t mean they’ve cut back on services, they have top facilities at the Milton Keynes gym including combat boxing and functional zones TRX and PowerPlates. They also offer a free induction too, which is designed to get your started, and discuss your goals with their personal trainers regardless of whether you are a beginner or a more advanced athlete.
Each gym also run their own classes including Bootylicious, Kiss My Abs, Kiss My Bells (not what it sounds like) and even Zumba – with all of their classes you can book them online to ensure your place.
Best of all, there is no contract involved, you can pay your monthly fee and go along as you please. Kiss Gyms have won awards as Gym of the Year for 2012 and 2013 so that speaks volumes about them, they really do offer a high spec for a low price.
